We charge on the following scale for use of the Community Meeting Room:

What to do if you're interested in using the Community Meeting Room:
We charge on the following scale for use of the Community Meeting Room:
- Small businesses: Suggested minimum donation of $25 per hour
- Non—profits: Suggested minimum donation of $15 per hour plus GST
- Community groups without funding: Donation according to ability
The room is available for booking during the following times:
- Tuesdays: 11am - 4:45pm and 5.45pm - 10pm
- Wednesdays: 11am - 4:45 and 5:45pm - 10pm
- Thursdays and Fridays: 11am - 4:45pm
- Occasional other times when we don't have events scheduled
What to do if you're interested in using the Community Meeting Room:
- Come and look at the room to see if it will work for you.
- Send us an email that includes the following information:
a. what you want to do in the meeting room
b. how you would need the room set up
c. your name and contact information
d. an estimate of how many people will attend your event
e. whether your event is open to the public
f. a link to your website - if you have one
g. a couple of proposed dates and times for your meeting - please note the days and times the room is available
h. which fee category you fall into - see rates above
i. if you would like your meeting catered - let us know and we'll tell you about our catering menu - We'll get in touch with you to talk about whether what you're proposing will work in our space. After the fact, we'll evaluate the success of the event and our working relationship, and talk about what worked well and what could be improved in the future.
